There are many things to detract when you are in a new situation in life - whether it is with a person or circumstance. Your success comes, how quick and well you can adapt. One thing for sure is though the circumstance are new, when you have veterans - similar-walkers - to direct, provided you are ready to unlearn and walk along on to the path success.
Though it's all relative and conceptual sometime hardwork (smart work) hardly loses its limelight. So carrying the best practices along with you and adding up the new learning will take you to a greater height in reaping the success.
